Randy, the owner and technician of R&R Glass Repair, has been in the glass repair industry for over 32 years. He began his career in the glass repair industry in 1985 working for GlasWeld in Bend Oregon. When he retired in December 2017 he was the manager of technical services at GlasWeld.

Randy is responsible for designing, implementing and managing the GlasWeld certification program and has trained and certified glass repair technicians all over the world.

Randy was also instrumental in designing and patenting the cutting edge windshield repair equipment that GlasWeld technicians use today. He is also responsible for perfecting the repair techniques that are used by professional repair techs around the globe.
